Siding
When you do not put brick all the way up you need to put something else on the upper half. The picture above is stucco and than lap boards. Some of your other choices are the new hardee plank, vinyl siding and than a wood lap siding. You have to be careful what you install on your house and how you install it. It comes down to the quality of the product and how it is installed. Obviously when you use a siding other than brick there is a tremendous savings in money. Depending on the kind of siding we choose we try and put an estimate on the siding at between $250 and $450 a square. (which is 100 sq. ft.) That would be a material and installation charge. But don't forget, you still have to paint and caulk if its not vinyl. Click here to return to home page
